clean rooms helpful staff calm pool

the staff was really good, providing assistance at all times. Rooms was very clean and tidy on arrival, a good start. The pool offered a calm retreat, i liked it.

the supply of toiletries was sporadic.

my room had a firm mattress, ensuring restful sleep, it was good. The air conditioning operated effectively, it maintained a consistent temperature. Two complimentary bottles of water are provided daily, i liked it.

the hotel is within walking distance of a convenience store, that saved me. Street food vendors are nearby, offering local cuisine. It's close to the old city.

the pool area includes several lounge chairs, i used them a lot. There is also a lift, this helps to access the upper floors. The front desk provide towels, this is good.

clean room helpful staff damp smell weak breakfast

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff gave recommendations of what to do IN THAILAND. They were so cute and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day. fresh water and towels arrived. The pool was refreshing, and there was enough space to lounge in the sun.

We had a room on the first floor. There was a very strong smell of damp. This aspect should be improved. The breakfast could be better.

i found the staff helpful. they assisted with tour bookings. the complimentary bottled water and juice in the fridge were a treat i used the pool to cool down after temple visits

i experienced a strong musty smell in the first-floor room. i believe they should improve this aspect. i moved to another room after two days

the receptionist team was great they provided travel tips and helped me get around. they always had a smile and seemed eager to assist with anything i needed here
